If you are one of the lucky ones with a Google plus account the last two weeks, you would have noticed that you can invite an unlimited number of people to Google+ simply by entering their e-mail address. If you don’t know the e-mail address of someone you would like to invite and he isn’t on your imported contact lists, you’re out of luck.
The good news is that Google is rolling out a new system that address this issue over the next few days. You can now invite others by giving away your personal invite link. It’s easier than ever to share it via IM, Facebook or even give it away on your blog. A minor downside is that the link is complicated; can’t really memorize that!
However, if you are looking to give away a lot of invites, forget it. Along with the new invite system, there is a limit of 150 people who can sign up under you. You may send out more than 150 invites, but only 150 people can actually sign up using the invites before it runs out. This means no wasted invites, but you can’t single-handily organize a mass Google+ exodus neither.
